Delete your Chayt account

Chayt users can request account and associated data deletion from inside the app or website. This page explains the steps, what is deleted, and what may be retained for legal, security, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open Chayt on the website or in the Android app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want deleted.
  3. Open Settings, then find Delete Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account and type DELETE when asked to confirm.

Data deleted

  • Your Chayt account profile, username, display name, email, sign-in identifiers, preferences, and saved profile settings.
  • Your saved chats, chat summaries, character conversations, local sync state, referral/credit wallet data, and app settings stored for that account.
  • Characters, bots, reviews, ratings, and bot sessions owned by your account where they are stored by Chayt.

Data that may be kept

Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, chargebacks, tax or accounting duties, legal compliance, dispute handling, service backups, or platform enforcement. Backup and log records are kept only for the period reasonably needed for those purposes before they expire or are overwritten.

If you cannot access your account, contact the Chayt developer using the support contact shown on the Google Play store listing and include your username or account email. Do not send your password.
