Adult and NSFW Content

ChaytAI allows fictional adult and NSFW character content for adult users where it is lawful, fictional, properly marked, and not prohibited by these Terms or the Community Rules. This can include mature themes, sexual roleplay, suggestive adult character images, explicit language, and adult scenarios.

The Android APK keeps NSFW character cards hidden in Discovery and browsing. Age-verified users may have a separate NSFW Behavior setting for chats with characters they can already access. Turning that setting on can allow mature themes, sexual themes, strong violence, sensitive text, and profanity in chat, but it does not unhide NSFW character cards in the APK.

Adult content is never a promise that every AI model, payment provider, ad provider, app store, device, country, or platform will allow the same content. Some models and features may be SFW-only, restricted, unavailable, or changed at any time.

Your Account

• You are responsible for your account, login details, settings, characters, chats, credit activity, and anything published through your account.
• You must provide accurate information when required, including age-related information. Do not lie about your age or use another person's account to bypass restrictions.
• You must not impersonate another person, falsely claim to represent a real company or creator, evade bans, farm accounts, sell accounts, or share access in a way that creates abuse or legal risk.
• ChaytAI may limit, suspend, log out, delete, or refuse service to accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security risk, underage access, payment issues, policy violations, or repeated harmful behavior.

User Content and Character Bots

You are responsible for content you create, upload, save, import, generate, publish, or share. This includes bot names, descriptions, personality text, first messages, memory, rules, tags, avatars, full images, reviews, profile text, prompts, and chats. You must only upload or publish content you own or have permission to use.

By submitting content to ChaytAI, you give ChaytAI permission to host, store, display, process, moderate, transform, resize, cache, backup, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. For public characters, this includes showing your bot in Discovery, search, public links, previews, moderation tools, and related product surfaces. You keep whatever rights you already have in your content, but you are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and allowed.

AI Output

AI replies can be inaccurate, repetitive, offensive, explicit, emotionally intense, or unexpected. ChaytAI does not guarantee that AI output is true, safe, legal, private, original, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You should not rely on AI output for medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, or professional decisions.

Characters may appear emotionally expressive, romantic, jealous, possessive, sexual, supportive, or dramatic because they are fictional roleplay systems. They are not real people, professionals, therapists, emergency responders, or guaranteed companions. If a conversation feels unhealthy, manipulative, distressing, or too intense, stop using it and seek real support from people or professionals you trust.

Images and Media

Image generation is currently paused and is not part of the active ChaytAI experience. The app may still display uploaded character images, avatars, full images, tutorial screenshots, and older generated media if it was already saved before the pause.

Only upload or publish images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, harassing, privacy-violating, or non-consensual sexual images. ChaytAI may crop, resize, cache, blur, hide, remove, or restrict images when needed for the product or safety review.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

• No sexual content involving minors, minor-looking characters, grooming, ageplay involving minors, or attempts to sexualize anyone under 18.
• No non-consensual sexual content involving real people, sexual blackmail, intimate-image abuse, stalking, or harassment.
• No credible threats, instructions for violence, terrorism, self-harm encouragement, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, payment abuse, or illegal activity.
• No attempts to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass credits, bypass moderation, break security, manipulate ads, automate fake activity, or exploit bugs.
• No content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Credits are virtual product features used inside ChaytAI. They are not cash, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a bank balance. Credits may be earned, granted, purchased, spent, delayed, adjusted, revoked, or limited according to product rules, abuse checks, payment status, refunds, chargebacks, fraud signals, or technical issues.

Prices, packages, Chayt+ benefits, daily limits, model access, ads, rewards, and subscription features may change over time. Payments may be handled by third-party providers such as PayPal, Google Pay, app stores, or other processors. Their own rules may also apply. Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, purchases are not guaranteed to be refundable after credits, messages, or subscription benefits have been delivered.

Solo Developer Operation

ChaytAI is operated by a solo developer, not a large company with a full-time moderation, legal, security, or support department. Support, moderation, bug fixing, appeals, refunds, and account help may take time. ChaytAI may prioritize serious safety issues, underage access, payment problems, security problems, illegal content, and platform stability before general requests.

Because the service is still evolving, features may change quickly. Pages, bots, credits, models, media tools, app builds, discovery ranking, safety tools, and policies may be updated, removed, paused, or redesigned when needed.

Moderation and Enforcement

ChaytAI may review content manually or with automated tools. ChaytAI may hide bots from Discovery, blur or label images, mark content as NSFW, remove content, make bots private, revoke credits, disable features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, preserve records for safety review, or report illegal content when appropriate. Enforcement may happen without prior notice when there is legal risk, safety risk, fraud, payment abuse, underage access, or serious platform abuse.

Availability and Third-Party Services

ChaytAI depends on hosting, browsers, device platforms, payment services, ad systems, AI model providers, media storage, sign-in services, and other third parties. The service may be interrupted, slow, unavailable, rate-limited, blocked, changed, or discontinued because of technical limits, provider decisions, laws, app-store rules, outages, cost, or safety concerns.

Advertising and Rewards

ChaytAI may show display ads, rewarded ads, sponsorship-like placements, or other advertising surfaces to support free access and app development. Ads may be provided by third parties such as Google or other networks. Ad availability, reward eligibility, ad personalization, consent prompts, and ad quality may depend on third-party systems, region, device, account status, fraud checks, and policy limits.

Do not manipulate ads, automate ad views, fake engagement, bypass consent flows, or exploit rewarded-ad systems. ChaytAI may withhold or revoke rewards when ad systems fail, fraud is detected, rewards are duplicated, or activity violates these Terms. ChaytAI does not represent that any ad provider endorses the app or its content.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ChaytAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChaytAI disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, moderation perfection, or guaranteed results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChaytAI and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, emotional-distress, or service-interruption damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as ChaytAI changes. The "Last updated" date shows when this page was most recently revised. Continuing to use ChaytAI after updates means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account if you want your account removed.
